LE Men’s Fireside Slipper: Green Plaid Chestnut

I ordered the slippers early december 2024 and they finally arrived April 30th 2025, absolutely shocking customer service, enquires were met with rude offhand replies that the slipper take 12 weeks to make, if i had known i would never have ordered but i waited and 22 weeks later they arrive. There is no hope for American made goods if this is a representation of the speed and customer service people receive!

I’m a Physical Therapist and Quoddy needs to learn that as a foot grows longer, it likely also grows wider. These mocs are far too narrow. You need to offer wides. On top of that, when you offer wides, don’t just cut more material and slap it on a narrow outsole. You need to have a wider outsole and build up from there.

Even though these are “men’s” slippers, my wife wears them and absolutely loves them. Happy wife - happy life!

I will have to wait until I see my son again to see if they fit. I wanted them for a Christmas present but I didn't realize they were made to order. I hope he likes them, I'm not impressed with the way they look for the money and the wait was ridiculous.
