Loafers were first introduced in Norway; New Englanders then borrowed the style and added the iconic penny strap to the vamp. We still build our penny loafers in the traditional way with moccasin construction and penny-style detailing on the uppers, but we’ve added some modern improvements. For superior flexibility, traction and a bit more casual look we incorporated our exclusive Camp Vibram® rubber wedged camp outsoles. Handmade in Maine.
*Please keep in mind some upper materials may be worn beyond repair. What you receive back is a pair of shoes that you can wear for years to come. (Environmentally friendly and obviously costs less than buying a new pair).
