Men's Danny Lace - Granite

These Danny shoes are a nice change of pace from our usual Quoddy. They fit more like a pair of dress shoes than a pair of boat shoes and look dressier than a boat shoe. The leather is great and after a couple of days around the house with no socks, they are ready to go outside. I agree with the sizing recommendation. My dress shoe size is 12 and my Quoddy size is now always 13. Glad to have these for summer travel. Will work with a blazer or at the beach. Nice job.

I was on the fence about ordering these especially given that there's no free shipping or returns. But I'm really glad I took a chance on these. They are much more comfortable than I was expecting. It's hard to tell from the photos but the leather is really soft, the soles are flexible, and the insole has a nice bounce to it. I don't think these will need much breaking in. I am normally a size 10 and ordered a size 10 despite the product page recommending to size up 1/2 size. The length is true to size but they are a little tight in the toebox even though I don't have wide feet. I suspect that the leather will stretch out a bit this may be temporary. Finally I have to say how I love the style of these shoes. Understated elegance is what these are. Casual but refined, a bit sporty but also just the right amount of conservative. A lot of other premium sneakers just look too dressy. I love the stitching on these. And I'm happy to support Made in Maine. Bravo, Quoddy!

Very comfortable, true to size.

I have had my Quoddy shoes for a week now and they are great! They look good and feel wonderful!
