Below email reported defect upon receipt 4/25

Subject: ORDER #85439

There is evidently a defect in the stitching inside left of the left foot. It is not stitched flush with the side but has a protruding flap of material. This incompletely stitched side is conspicuously different from the craftsmanship evident in the flush, smooth stitching of the other sides — and adversely affects the fit/comfort of the left shoe. Having just received the order, I need to return the shoes for repair or replacement.

Roomy shoes

The EXERSOLES were a bit larger in the toe box and a bit longer at the toe than expected but they are beautiful shoes and I’ll be keeping them.
