Men's Quoddy Head Boat

I'll start with a customer service comment: when the original leather chosen was not available in a timely way I was given a few options including canceling, waiting and selecting a different leather. When I selected a new leather the shoes arrived soon after. This seems like the best customer service I've received when there was an issue with the order. So hats off to Quoddy there.

The shoes are boat shoes custom ordered in chromexcel natural. I've worn them most of one day and they felt great. There's nothing about the shoes that I have say "good enough" about. Everything looks perfect to me. This is hand crafting at its best.

A perfectly made shoe using fine materials. What more could anyone ask for?

Nothing like having a nice handmade leather shoe that fits proper and just feels right with every step you take.

wrong sole color delivered after six weeks of a rushed custom order. The company offered to retrofit and resole the incorrectly manufactured custom shoe after it would be shipped back to them. Totally unacceptable to get a retrofitted shoe due to their own fault. Unacceptable customer service. Cannot recommend.

Had to wait a while on my mto but was worth it, very nice boat shoes

I got them in whiskey and am a little disappointed with how stiff the leather. All other boat shoes I have owned in the past have been super soft and I wore as my daily. These are so stiff I cant where as my daily shoes. Additionally the rear seems really high compared to previous boat shoes I have worn from other companies.

Hoping they where in overtime, but may take awhile since I cant where them too long.
