Too late and too big
Not sure whether Quoddy lost my order or what, but my made-to-order shoes did not arrive on time. When I chased down customer service to see what was going on (they did not answer emails, so I went through Amazon Pay), Quoddy said my shoes were “made wrong” and had to be redone. Very soon after that — too quickly for the supposed remake— my shoes arrived. They are a size and a half too large. A full inch too long. I am trying to return them. Total waste of time and money.

Please give me more detail on the situation. If you shoe was delayed or lost in the shuffle we would have put them in a rush and bumped them to the front of the line. They can be built quickly and turned back out right away. That’s what we do if we messed up.
As far as the fit. Please explain in more detail what happened? We have a fit protocol in the website and call out each product with specific fit attributes. If you went thru the protocol and the product still didn’t fit well I’d like to know so we can manage this. I’m one of the managing partners and would appreciate the feedback.
