THE QUODDY FIELD BOOT
The waterproof shell is injection-molded EVA; 20% lighter than conventional rubber compounds, and a better insulator against the chilly wet, as well as being more flexible and comfortable.
The grippy rubber sole has lugs with a siping pattern to aid wet surface traction (both components are from our partners at Sperry® - they know a few things about dealing with wet conditions).
Of course the handmade upper uses only the finest Horween® leathers, lined with a waterproof fabric to keep you dry up top. The lacquered eyelets are rust-proof, the beefy synthetic laces never get waterlogged, and the can even be tied while wearing gloves.
The backstay piece is both stitched and double-riveted to survive countless pull-ons and kick-offs. The amply cushioned footbed is lined with luxurious glove leather for all day comfort.
