Men’s 550 Boat Shoe: Capetown Trail

We updated a Quoddy classic with some modern innovations. We still sew them by hand in traditional moc construction, but we incorporated more robust and weather-resistant insoles, outsoles and leather. The uppers are built in our new hot-stuffed Capetown leather. It’s a soft, full-grain leather that’s naturally water-resistant and lustrously rich-looking. We equipped them with Vibram® Mini Lug outsoles for a sleek profile and great traction and agility underfoot. Like all our boat shoes, the 550s include a full perimeter lacing system, rust-resistant lacquered eyelets and rawhide laces.
